液壓試驗機的維護與保養(yǎng):
1、試驗機各部件應經(jīng)常擦拭，以防止生銹；

3、設備運動部位（如楔形塊、絲杠等）應經(jīng)常涂抹潤滑劑（如二硫化鉬），以保證運動順暢；

4、不允許隨意拆卸油源及管路，若出現(xiàn)油液滲漏需換密封件時，要注意管路清潔，此工作應由專業(yè)人員進行，以免堵塞伺服閥或劃傷油缸活塞，影響試驗機正常使用。
